INRECA Sansthan is placing significant emphasis on both formal and non-formal education to empower and activate the tribal community, which has long been marginalized. Recognizing the importance of early childhood education, INRECA Sansthan has initiated a special Kendra dedicated to teaching tribal students using the Nursery and Kindergarten pattern. This approach is designed to foster a strong educational foundation from an early age. To enhance the learning experience, INRECA Sansthan has amassed a substantial collection of educational toys, enabling children to learn through play in a stimulating and engaging environment. By integrating play-based learning methodologies, the organization aims to make education both enjoyable and effective, thereby nurturing young minds and fostering their cognitive and social development. INRECA Sansthan is committed to delivering exceptional educational services that nurture the potential of these children, guiding them to become active, contributing members of India's promising future. The organization's dedication to this cause underscores its mission to bridge educational gaps and create opportunities for the tribal community, ensuring that every child receives the support and resources needed to thrive.
INRECA Sansthan has made a significant impact in the field of education by establishing a government-recognized school, SANATAN DHARAMA SHISHU SHIKSHA SADAN. This institution, initially catering to children up to the 8th standard, now educates approximately 2001 tribal students. The school is a testament to INRECA Sansthan's commitment to enhancing educational standards in remote areas. The curriculum emphasizes not only academic excellence but also the importance of Indian culture, heritage, discipline, and personality development. This holistic approach ensures that students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for future challenges, One of the remarkable aspects of SANATAN DHARAMA SHISHU SHIKSHA SADAN is its provision of free education, making quality learning accessible to tribal children who might otherwise be deprived of such opportunities.
The creation of this new educational environment in a remote tribal area marks a significant advancement in the region’s educational landscape.

There is a marked increase in tribal children wanted to continue their studies but correspondingly adequate facilities are not available in the rural and remote areas. For this reason they shift to block level cities to continue to get good education. INRECA is already running both primary and higher secondary school of repute. Due to heavy rush a proposal was been sent to Ministry of Tribal Affairs, New Delhi for hotel facilities for girls and boys separately that would accommodate 100 ST boys and girls, however 120 students are admitted.
