Inreca sansthan is an action oriented Rural development & institute working in 100% tribal area of Bharuch/ Namada district of Gujarat state since 1984 without any discrimination among cast & creed & community.

Inreca is an acronym of international rural education & cultural Association. Which is registered under Bombay public Trust Act 1950 from charity commissioner, Ahmedabad with its registration No. E-5762 registered on 04th December 1984. It is also registered under F.C.R.A. with its No.041990027 on 11th September 1985 from Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, New Delhi. Besides it, Inreca has been recognized as Nodal Agency to carry out Rural Developmental activities for Govt. of Gujarat. It is also recognized as District Mother NGO for Narmada District of Gujarat State from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India.

During 22 years of its existence, Inreca Sansthan has carried/ carrying out various kinds of socio-economic, Rural Development, Agricultural Development, live stock development, Watershed Development, Dairy & Poultry, Health activities i.e RCH, Polio, Malaria Eradication, AIDS control.
Bee keeping setting of small industries in order to uplift to socio-economic status of under privileged section of the society & substantial improvement is noticed and among the community but there is a big scope for permanent as well as sustainable development in the tribal community.

Inreca Sansthan has very experienced staff in executing various diversified activities to carry out different activities. Our staff comprises professional, technician, social worker & volunteers through them different activities has been carried in great extend are mentioned.

Initiation of Inreca Sansthan has been very much interesting. After quitting active politics, late Sh. Guljarilal Nanda two times taker Prime Minister & Ex. Union Home Minister started its social working at Kurukshetra in Hariyana state. Patron & President of Inreca Sansthan Sh. Vinod Kumar M Koushik also met Sh. Guljarilal Nanda when he was studying in KUK, while staying in Bharat Sevashram Sangh & used to meet Sh. Nandaji regularly. Finally, Sh. Koushik started working with Sh. Nandaji as a Volunteer with leprosy patients & started economic activities for Leprosy patients like candle Making. Chalk Making etc in his Manav Dharam Mission. On the other hand, Sh. Koushik become well versed in managing how to run an institution by staying Bhartat Sevashram Sangh for 5-6 years. It has become vice versa when Sh. Nanda who was hailing from Gujarat was working in Haryana & Sh. Koushik was hailing from Haryana & working in Gujarat.

After completing his study Sh. Koushik joined renowned Chemical Industry as Research Officer in Ahmedabad in 1983 just after one & half year. Since, Mr. Koushik cleared UPSC Examination & M. P. Cadre was awarded under Indian Economic Services but finally decided to serve the deprived community rather than joining job. In the meantime, there was heavy flood in Amreli district Sh. Koushik reached Vanthali for rescue/relief work with Bharat Sevashram Sangh, Ahmedabad & finally he resigned from his service. By opening a new branch office of Bharat Sevashram Sangh after one Year ie. 1984, Sh. Koushik floated new organization i.e. INRECA Sansthan.
